President Alfredo Pascual hands over the 2015 Gawad Pangulo for progressive teaching and learning to Prof. Luis Sison of UP Diliman’s Electrical and Electronics Engineering Institute. Sison teaches a technopreneurship class which has launched startups while fulfilling its aim of market validation for student ventures through parallel product and customer development.
Also shown are other Round 2 finalists: Alleli Ester Domingo of UPLB Institute of Mathematical Sciences and Physics; Reginald Neil Recario of UPLB Institute of Computer Science; and Maria Cecilia Gonaco of UP Diliman Marine Science Institute.
The Round 2 presentations and awards ceremony were held 18 December 2015 at UP NISMED Auditorium, Diliman, Quezon City.
