The University of the Philippines System has encountered some challenges in procuring the renewal of the video conferencing platform.
However, the UP System Procurement Office (UPPO) is continuously working on the options for the possible continuation of the platform.
Following the advice of the Information Technology Development Center (ITDC), here are various alternative free and available video conferencing tools that may be used:
- Google Meet (with a maximum meeting duration of 24 hours)
- MS Teams (with a maximum meeting duration of 24 hours)
- Webex (with a maximum meeting duration of 40 minutes)
